American Psychiatric Association Condemns UK Boycott of Israel

To The University and College Union:

This is to inform you that the American Psychiatric Association passed a resolution on December 21, 2006, that is now official policy of the organization (attached) condemning academic boycotts as violations of academic freedom and the free exchange of ideas, information and opinion.  This policy was occasioned by the proposed boycott of Israel by one of your predecessor organizations, the NATFHE, and applies equally to the boycott resolution your organization recently passed.

You shame us all.
